Mikrovlnn\u00fa r\u00faru m\u00f4\u017eete, samozrejme, nahradi\u0165 aj klasickou teplovzdu\u0161nou r\u00farou. Nem\u00f4\u017eete to prehna\u0165 Spom\u00ednan\u00e1 zn\u00e1ma si prote\u00ednov\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 pripravovala sama. V prvom rade neschudla, v druhom rade si privodila zdravotn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my. Nedok\u00e1zala toti\u017e spr\u00e1vne odhadn\u00fa\u0165, mno\u017estvo miner\u00e1lov a in\u00fdch l\u00e1tok v dan\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch. Navy\u0161e nevedela ani to, \u010di konzumuje dostatok bielkov\u00edn alebo nie. Pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 jedl\u00e1, s\u00fa teda ur\u010dite lep\u0161ou alternat\u00edvou. Aj pre vegetari\u00e1nov Ur\u010dite viete, \u017ee bielkoviny n\u00e1jdeme aj v rastlinnej potrave. Pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 od seri\u00f3znych v\u00fdrobcov a predajcov, s\u00fa vyr\u00e1ban\u00e9 pr\u00e1ve z nich. Preto s\u00fa ur\u010den\u00e9 aj pre vegetari\u00e1nov. Pokia\u013e m\u00e4sit\u00fa potravu nekonzumujte, tento \u00fadaj si v\u017edy overte pred t\u00fdm, ako za pr\u00e1\u0161kov\u00e9 jedl\u00e1 zaplat\u00edte. Bola by ve\u013ek\u00e1 \u0161koda, ak by skon\u010dili v ko\u0161i.
